Food is very good. Service always very friendly! Unfortunately, as soon as you get out of the car, you are greeted by an angry and growling dog. Very off-putting !!

Very delicious food and friendly service staff. Sometimes a little longer waiting time, but that cannot be avoided at a tourist restaurant when the weather is nice and the shop is accordingly full. But you sit in beautiful surroundings and the food definitely makes up for it.

Since the inn is well attended, you should expect that there is no more space available and plan a waiting time. - Thank you Coronaona-- Toilets can be reached via 3 steps when dining on the terrace. Otherwise inside at ground level. Only wheelchair users will have a hard time because the toilets are quite narrow. In short - this inn can be recommended with a clear conscience. Try it out and you will be amazed.

Here the seats are first disinfected before the next guests are allowed to sit down. As a result, the waitress assigns the space, as can also be read on signs, clearly but friendly. This results in a waiting time of a few moments. We support this and do not understand how other guests can rate this as negative just because everything is done right here. All menus and even trays are meticulously disinfected. And we think that's great too ... !!! That is a lot of work and it may also take a few moments longer before the waitress can take the order. Here, too, it does not reveal to us how this can be assessed as negative. Exactly these impatient fellow citizens are perhaps to blame for straining the patience of the waitress and may reap a corresponding reaction that is certainly not wanted. As already mentioned at the beginning, we find it extremely good how the regulations are implemented here and are happy and patient to endure it. We appreciate this work in gastronomy and hereby defend all criticism that is expressed on this topic. Point...!!! The dishes on offer are really tasty and the portions are large. The service is friendly and brisk. The outside area is (given the occasion) large and cozy. The distances for the employees are accordingly longer and when the shop is full then ...? Exactly ... it just takes a minute longer to be served. It is a shame when guests react impatiently and spoil a nice little break for themselves. We would love to come back and would like to thank the Hainmühle team very much and would like to tell you: You are doing a really good job! Keep up the good work and forgive the impatient guests. In our penultimate attempt to snag a table in the outdoor area, we waited and no waiter spoke to us. We then left. Another attempt two weeks ago. We stood in the open area, this time a cellar came to us immediately and snapped at us without asking and without a greeting "Everything is full - I don't know when what will be free" I wanted to ask him if he could estimate when a table would be free, but didn't. Dear Hainmühle, why has your service been so bad lately or have we only had bad luck twice?

The location is very nice. Quaint, charming and good, decent food. Especially after hiking, a good portion to fill up. However, the boss was very rude and loud to his employees. That even in front of a full beer garden ..

We landed here after the Schächerbach tour. The house is getting old but has charm. The waitresses are nice, the food was served quickly and the price-performance ratio was right. We'll be back, although we have to travel about 100 km.

At this guest got up, we asked if it would be possible to get this table. The condition, a slightly older one, "No, that doesn't work". Query, why not? "I have to clean the area first". Okay, then we'll wait. "NO then I have to clean the table you have already been sitting on, that is not possible". We have decided to leave the area where the determining lady is serving. At a table near the entrance are very nice, competent waiters. That made us decide to stay.
